David Lacey is a director of the company and was appointed to the board on October 31, 2009. David Lacey is also a managing partner of Brookfield Residential Property Services. David has worked in private equity and venture capital and has experience with capital markets transactions including IPO’s, debt issues, and private company fundraising. He has been involved with high-growth and start-up organizations, has served on public company boards and has committee experience. Prior to joining Brookfield, David helped found 3 companies and co-managed a venture capital fund at OMERS/Borealis. David holds a B.A. from the University of Western Ontario and is an MBA graduate from Wilfred Laurier University.
