Donald W. Paterson is a director of the Corporation and was elected to the board of directors in 1996. Since 1989, Mr. Paterson has been the President and founder of Cavandale Corporation, a strategic corporate consulting firm that specializes in providing corporate consulting to emerging growth companies largely in the technology sector. Prior thereto, Mr. Paterson was a director and Vice-President at Wood Gundy Inc., a major Canadian investment dealer where he was principally involved in the identification and financing of emerging growth companies.
