When does Homeserve Technologies expect to re-list its shares?
Homeserve Technologies’ common shares were suspended from trading on the Toronto Stock Exchange (TSX) on August 22, 2002, due to Homeserve’s inability to meet the TSX’s continued listing requirements. Homeserve Technologies was subsequently de-listed by the TSX on August 29, 2002. Given Homeserve Technologies’ recent performance, there are no current plans to apply to list common shares on a recognized stock exchange.
