James B. Dunbar

James B. Dunbar is a director of the company and was appointed to the board on May 19, 2005. Since 2001, Mr. Dunbar has held leadership positions within the Brascan group of companies. He joined as Vice President Financial Services and was later appointed to the position of Vice President Marketing for Royal LePage and Vice President Business Development for Brascan Business Services. Mr. Dunbar has extensive practical knowledge of operations, marketing, business development and finance, with various sectors including retail banking, real estate and portfolio management. Prior to joining Brascan, Mr. Dunbar held leadership positions with Avco Financial Services and Scotiabank. Mr. Dunbar holds an M.B.A., a B.Comm and a B.A.
