Microforum Selected by Chapters Online to Develop New Web Site

(TSE:COL), the Canadian e-commerce company that operates www.chapters.ca, a leading Canadian destination for online shoppers, recently selected the company to assist in the creation, development and launch of EXTRA MILE Books.com, a Chapters Online initiative with the Loyalty Group Canada Inc.

Microforum and Chapters Online designed and created the new Web site, which uses the same powerful e-commerce engine behind Chapters.ca. The Chapters Online e-commerce engine includes secure and private order processing, Canadian fulfillment and shipping, and responsive customer service. Microforum's experience and expertise in working with MicrosoftTM technology allowed a quick and successful development and launch of the Web site as EXTRA MILE Books.com is built upon a MicrosoftTM platform. Microforum worked together with developers from Chapters Online to design and develop an original front end, creating a fast and easy-to-navigate Web site for the millions of Canadian shoppers who collect AIR MILES® Reward Miles.
