Microforum Inc. (TSE:MCF) announced today that it is launching a search for a new Chief Financial Officer after accepting the resignation of Frank Iadipaolo, who has left the company to pursue an entrepreneurial start-up opportunity.
In the interim, Frank will assist with transitional activities and in the search for a successor.
